That whole starting over thing between FitzSimmons is always going to feel like a quick fix to me. All of the pain that happened in the first half, Fitz's heartbreak, the love triangle, Jemma's time on that planet, all of it is now officially in the past. Swept under the rug with a handshake.

And now the show has a speedster with a superhero name. :) I really like how Yoyo's character and visual effects are nothing like Barry Allen.

I think we can all safely say that there is nothing quick about FitzSimmons. It's not a quick fix as they have still lost over half a season of potential progress. I am not sure what more they could do at this point to get them back on track in a believable manner. Not sure if you've seen the rest of the series but it's safe to say that FitzSimmons does not have an easy ride from here on out.
