I was never Team Klaus before (I'm more so Team Rebekah and Elijah), but his intentions are more pure now than they were. It's going to take time, however, for his family to be able to trust him. Klaus has given them a thousand years worth of reasons not to believe his intentions are honorable. But as Elijah said, if something's broken, surely it can be fixed. At least that's what he believes. He dreamed of Celeste in his delirium to remind himself about what happens when he lets his feelings for a girl come between him and his brother. If you noticed in the car Hayley went to hold his hand and he pulled away and then in the house Klaus mentioned his fear that Hayley (and his child) adored Elijah more than him.
