I completely agree. I love the original Charmed. As for the reboot, at least at this point, I could take it or leave it. I'm mainly watching because you are watching it. I do look forward to watching with you. It seems to be condensing the original into several episode. Maybe after that it will get more interesting.

OMG! I was drinking when you said "Pole Turner" and I spit out my powerade! LMAO!!! SO far, I am enjoying the reboot for what it is. I really like Harry. The girls are growing on me. I like the lighter episode this time around. A little goofy, but then so was the original. :)

I agree, while Charmed was never my number one show I did enjoy it. Although I only watched thru mid season 5. This reboot I only watch because you review it and you are the interesting part.

I love this reboot. It is starting off slow but first seasons can be rough. Look at Charmed, Buffy, and Angel. I love that Macy had to remind her sister not to touch her hair. I think the mystery of Macy, this half whitelighter chick and what they want with their blood are all interesting. Also is Fiona the one they released from hell?

Best ep yet. I know Im guilty of this but I think we need to stop trying to find faults because its a reboot. And stop comparing it to OG Charmed at this stage in the season. The mythology build up and back stories was really entertaining in this ep. Shan you were glued to the ep for the last 20 mins! I loved that :) You could see you searching for something wrong with this ep but there was nothing :) Your look of confusion at the end was that you enjoyed it which was great. I say we should enjoy it now and imagine its a brand new show. They really are trying. I hear people say last weeks ep was too much "filler"...this weeks ep "had too much". I think they'll never win if we look for constant flaws. Lets enjoy it from now on :)

I like this Charmed more than old Charmed. I've re-watched old Charmed a couple of times, and each time I've liked it less and less - guess it was me who just got older. I'm also looking forward to the other reboots of 90s favorites like Roswell and Buffy.
