Glad you enjoyed it the most of the show is one continuous story line with some secondary story arcs and a few stand alone or filler episodes. The content is well written and has a popular theme of the Shinigami the death gods, or reapers if you prefer. Other shows that have reapers are death note also very good and Yu-Yu Hakusho which has some crazy fight scenes as well as great humor. DBZ also has its own kind of reaper with Goku you know how they keep sending him back to handle the crap that just seems to keep coming. Well I’m going to watch the other pilots videos thanks for your hard work.

Minus the ridiculous filler Bleach was a really good series. May have to sub to that tier to get you to try out My Hero Academia. With your love of superheroes you'd probably really enjoy it if you give it a chance.

Hope you continue watching this. In its prime Bleach was one of the best anime/manga out there with One piece.

Anime guy here. As I've stated in the past, I watch a lot more anime than live-action these days. Bleach was actually one of the shows I grew up with. We have a channel here in the U.S. that shows it, and more specifically a program called Toonami that's been around since the late 90s. It's what introduced most people to shows such as Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon. But yeah, Bleach has always been really popular here, along with other shows like Naruto and One Piece. Shame that episode 2 left you on that cliffhanger, but if you ever do decide to come back to the show down the road, I imagine you'll have to refresh your memory anyway before moving forward. Anime is one of those things where once you start watching a lot of it, it can be difficult to stop, lol. Thanks for recommending Bleach to her Erock.

Hope you'll continue to watch this. The first 15-20 episodes are basically an introduction to the world and characters, but the story arc that comes after that, oh boy that is amazing.

It took me a long time to finally watch bleach and I’m shattered I didn’t do it sooner. I absolutely love it except the amount of fillers.. that’s the downside when it comes to most anime but nonetheless enjoy. Oh and a fun fact: the voice over actor for ichigo is Johnny yong bosch (the second black ranger from mighty morphin power rangers).

Johnny young Bosch is an amazing voice actor he has had a part in pretty much every dubbed show from witch hunter robin, eureka seven , and wolfs rain all of which I would recommend to any anime fan.
