What was just as chilling to me was when Wesley dropped the knife and hit rock bottom. He failed as her watcher twice, and had to watch Angel succeed. That's when his character started changing.

Darla and jealousy: We see a major shot of it in Buffy season 1, when she targets Buffy less because she's a slayer than because Angel loves her.

I really hope they do a rewatch of a certain s6 episode when she's done with s6. Because there's so much to discuss in it
