Pause Billing for December 2022 (Patreon)

I still fix a problem on animation and that should take few more days to finish.

So on December billing cycle, Patreon will not be charge (on 1 January 2023) since I didn't post anything this month. 

It will resume charge on 1 February 2023.

Any annual patron will be extend for 1 month automatically.

Any new patron the pledged during December will also get January 2023 Reward
