There must definitely be a characteristic tattoo on the bust. As for the look, I'd suggest a swimsuit or a classic outfit with a visible bust. On restraints, I'd suggest an armbinder like Lucy, stocks or handcuffs. In terms of gag, I suggest ball gag or ring gag. In terms of scenario, it could be foreplay before lovey-dovey with Naofumi or she was caught by the Myne to piss off our hero.

It can be that she tied herself up in order to get naofumi’s attention , yet she did spells on herself that restrained her too much such as leather binders , collars , ballet boots and a heavy gag , with magic seals , not to mention the stimulation she tried to give herself by mistake for the “love “ spell
