Lou truly is Laure's daughter in many aspect; although she has a far more sociable and open personality, her pride and desire to overachieve are traits she inherited from Laure. What would likely surprise her and pretty everyone but Elsa and Ion is that her naughty nature, which she displays freely, was very similar to her mother when she was younger and had left home for her Pokémon journey.

Although Laure was always aloof, cold and distant, when Elsa and Ion managed to coax her out  of her shell, the then snow princess was remarkably naughty.
