Final Halloween Plans (Patreon)

Ahoy again for the final post of the day (and the last change of plans, promise)!

I've got solid ideas for both, but the Hex one may fit Halloween better, so I'll do this one tomorrow (my proofreader's absent today anyway), and the Fallout one after that (I have some troubles coming up with Halloween costumes).
