September 2023 B&W Tier Update (Patreon)

Howdy everyone! Here is a big, bulging, bodacious update to end September! Next month tho...SPOOPY SEASON BEGINS...the best time of year of course!

Had an appointment to have my arm X-rayed last week and luckily it looks good. Basically the frozen shoulder I still have just needs more aggressive therapy. Basically my guy Brett will be going harder on the exercises and stretching...yay me! ^__^
