And yah...sorry for lil downer here...been dealing with some gum issues. Well...DECADES worth prolly...always was scared of dentists and my childhood really cemented that. I even had THIS very thing started more than a year ago...then let it go and went back to my usual hide from it thing. WELL I felt some discomfort and went back thankfully. The Doc was like hey...let's FINALLY solve all this and get you on the road to being fully healed. 

Had my first debridement, where they well...dig around and get all the big stuff out. I swear it looked like the scene in Jaws when they cut the shark open on the doc, everything BUT the kitchen sink came out of my mouth. UGH...BUT yah...I got I THINK 2 more of those I will schedule THEN Root Planing...which is like  two surgical procedure where they put you fully under and go to work in quadrants. If any of you had it love to hear how that will go. Thankfully what I had done yesterday was without an ounce of pain or discomfort, they numbed me up GOOD. Again...this dentist is just the best. He didnt lecture me on HEY you coulda done this a year ago...just hey let's FINALLY get you all healed up over time!

So again sorry been lil out of it lately, been feeling discomfort til well TODAY now that all is healing slowly...hell all the antibitics I am on it better. Just yah this will be a slow process. ^_^ BUT one that like my weight loss, will lead to a better me.
