How comes you got to 1000 patreons and now it’s gone back to 700 or so?

It's because patreon doesn't show lost patrons until the new month. If you have 700 and gain 300, it will show 1000. If 50 people left during the month it will still show 1000 and not 950, until the 1st, then it show the true patron count. Also a lot of people get declines on the 1st.
