Patreon reward issues (Patreon)

Hey patrons,

It appears there is some weirdness with the Discord/Reddit links to Patreon and you aren't all getting your flair/patron role in Discord. I've re-linked the Discord so please try to grab your roles again and if it isn't working post here and I'll try to sort it out.
