Ben has repaired someone's DNA before last season, with Gwen's brother, the same episode Eric thought Grandpa Max died. But I think Tyler had recently become transformed, and it can maybe only be reversed early on in their post transformation. Or it's just something they decide not to bring back lol there are quite a few of DNAliens, so I guess it's just easier to beat them all up.

Interestingly enough, Pullo and Vorenus did exist, and were written about by Caesar himself in his "Commentarii de Bello Gallico" (Commentaries on the Gallic War). Mind you, it was just a little anecdote that Caesar thought was either amusing or interesting, and I doubt he thought of the two men ever again, but they did exist. The anecdote was actually pretty cool, too. Apparently these two were bitter rivals at first. The event happened slightly differently from the show, as they weren't in formation when Pullo ran out, but inside a fortification. Pullo apparently wanted to outdo Vorenus, so he ran out of the fortification, but then got in a bit of trouble when one of the Gauls' spears got caught in his belt, so he couldn't pull his sword and Vorenus ran out to help him. Then *he* slipped and fell and Pullo in turn went to help him. Then they fought together, killing a bunch of the enemy, and made it back to the fortifications. Caesar said they returned "covered in glory". And that's where real history completely diverges from the show. In reality, Vorenus just disappears from the record, and Pullo ended up being one of Pompey's soldiers when Caesar's forces attacked Pompey in Pharsalus. And then he, too, disappears.
