Haven't had any issues lately but whenever there was a problem i went to their website but not a post or something, just the frontpage basically and on the right side it says "become a patron", click on it and connect your patreon again. That usually fixed any issues i had in the past.

If you change your tier and then switch back, it normally helps fix the glitch (at least it did a while back)

What currency do you use? I had the same problem few weeks ago i changed my currency from euro to US dollar and then it worked fine. If you already use us dollar change it to something else like Euro and back.
