Lex being brought up throughout the season and the plot with Superman's blood, I think their's a chance that Superboy (Connor Kent) showing up

This show seems to enjoy having a big villain twist where we think the villain is one character when it’s actually another so I assume they’ll keep that going

You asked for crazy theories, so here goes: "Our" John Henry Irons may still show up in the series, as you just know Superman & Lois loves to tackle the interplay between people from different worlds. Plus, the age old rule of superhero shows is that if the audience hasn't been shown a body, that character is fair game. (Somewhat related Agents of Shield trivia that you've probably known for a while, but Elizabeth Henstridge directed Episode 2 of this season.)
