Sarah told Darhk of his failures but not how he got to that point. From what she said he wouldn't know what he needs to change...

May have been both to be honest. By telling him Sara has already changed the timeline because now Darhk has gone time travelling with Reverse Flash to stop his failure, that's already a change right there! Jax and the Slaves last week, now Sara. These legends need to stop fucking with the timeline!! Rip recruited them to protect the timeline, not to write it

I think she's trying to save Laurel. And Aaron, it wouldn't make sense to make Ray, Citizen Cold, cause Nate is already Citizen Steel.

I think that she was only trying to mess with him saying that no matter what he still fails. I wouldn't put it passed her to try again maybe closer to laurels death or just stop the arrow team going to the jail. I am wondering if that by telling dark she actually caused laurels death in a causality paradox, sort of a cruel proof to the legends that you don't mess with time.

I think she was just giving him a faith worse then death. Knowing your future might be more terrifying then actually dying, cause you know all what's going to happen and there's nothing that you can do about it. Plus she also wanted to snag his box from Thawne

She definitely was telling him of what his future holds to put that self doubt in his mind about whether or not she is lying to him or was she truthful and he really does loose.

I think Sarah just wanted to hurt him as much as possible without killing him. Telling him that his plan fails is the best way to do that.

I felt more like she was killing time to allow the team time to do what they had to do Also she enjoyed watching his reaction to what she said. It shook him that she knew so much about his plans and it s now messed with time again. They really need to stop being like that. Also how did she know so much about what happened with Darrkh, she wasn't there. Are we to assume she s seen it through Gideon or that she's been in contact with Oliver?

Think Sara telling him all his plans fail and he dies was her way of trying to hurt him without killing him. However I think that was really stupid because now, especially with the time machine he now has, he can go to 2016 and maybe help his plans some how.

She was vage enough, so that he could not plan for changing how things plan out. But now he would have to live with the Nightmare of Sarahs profecy coming true. He don't know when or where it will happen, so he has to be prepared for every day from that day forward, that it might to be his and his families last day alive.

I think Sara desperately want to save her sister, but she also knows what it means to mess with the timeline. She is very passionate and that sometimes overrides her rational mind, but in this moment I think she was very rational, realising she could not intervene without causing big wave in the timeline, but still having the need to make him suffer by telling him that his big plan will come crashing down in his head, but not giving enough details for him to stop it.

Eobard has already begun to change Darhk's destiny, but Sarah set that path in stone. She may of saved her sister but I believe this will tie in with the Barry Allens message from the future. I think Barry and Sarah will have a talk about how he tried to save his mother and caused flashpoint.

Definitely both because now she can try to manipulate things in motion than fighting what she herself can or cannot do with the timeline. But 'To demoralize him with his future failure' sounds more like Sara than not killing so that's what I voted for. :D

She told him the future to demonize. I think If she was trying to change the future she would have gave him specific details instead of being kind of vague

First of all, I apologize for the horrid grammar. Cringed SO much. As for the poll, I think Sara was doing it to demoralize him, it suits her character to do so I believe. I would hope she understands the consequences of changing time, If not, she should take a page out Barry's book.

she shouldnt have told him the future.. now he's using a time ship to change his failures, maybe make him a much more compelling villain than what he was portrayed in season 4. This could also result in the return of Laurel. What do you guys think?

I believe that Sara telling Darhk about his future was definitely an effort to shake him and make him afraid. She also needed to get close enough to him in order to snag the object away from him. That being said, Sara has proven to not be the most logical when it comes to dealing with Darhk. She might have unintentionally changed the timeline due to his partnership with Reverse Flash.
