Sometimes when I'm working on SMQ I have trouble getting scenes down in writing right away-- but an easier time putting them down in visuals.

This is a very rough (and highly compressed) example - as Rex, Dan, and Diego meet a grumpy Brandon Bos, a man from Hillsville who they ask for clues to their objective, and who gives them the scoop along with a big serving of angry ranting about the Longhorn family. While Rex still tries to push on the conversation, Diego cuts in and excuses them both, to Rex's surprise, and as Rex asks Diego what's up, Diego points out he could tell Brandon's thoughts were a bit too toxic for his liking.

A proper layout would have things spaced out a lot more (to give space for the speech and the tension to build) but I wanted to get the whole idea out in A4 format, just as an exercise.
