No Live Drag Rugs (Patreon)

So Uni and its pre-patch came with this lovely yet horrible ability to click and drag a few rugs in live mode. I get why... but in practice of, course its more frustrating than good. How many times have you tried to move your camera or click something and instead you click the rug and drag it? Resetting and or interrupting your sim who may be standing on the said rug? Well, let's fix that, shall we? You'll need Discover university for one of them, and the pre-patch for the rest.

If there are any other rugs that have this beautifully annoying trait.. please let me know and I'll fix them as well.
