No Gnome Seed Explosions (Patreon)

So I was asked by a friend if it was possible to disable the seed packet explosion from Harvestfest gnomes. I found, yes it is! So this mod was more for them, but I figured maybe others want this as well? I did, however, find that someone else has indeed also made this mod after the fact I made and tested mine. Anyway, currently been working on a way to stop the more than annoying whining some dogs do once you've walked them at least once. My own dog does not whine incessantly for walks, but my sim version of him does... and I hate it. The never-ending dog whine loop is enough to make anyone angry.
