If Shimomo were to be the main character of a game, I'd feel it would be a hack and slash of some kind, maybe crossed with 2D Metroidvania for some lovely sprite/hand drawn artwork. If it were Sukimi or Ushi, then probably a cosy farm sim like Stardew Valley or the older Harvest Moons
