It kind of depends on what you mean by NTR Themes. If its by series, then with Bleach its a case of either unfaithful housewives or conquered female opponents in battle since most save the main heroine are fighters.

They are all kind of the same lol, guy that's not MC has a bigger dick and is better at sex. In a fantasy setting sometimes a monster of some sort takes the girl away. In the case of the guy getting NTR'd the girl usually either has bigger boobs, more experience and/or is sadistic and plays on the guys innocence. Though I have seen ONE doujin where it kinda went from NTR to vanilla because the guy the woman left was a deadbeat.
