Ocellus' breasts are about as big as they were the last two times Racoon-kun drew her. Plus, as far as I can remember, Rainbow Dash is the only character that Racoon-kun usually draws with smaller breasts. Everybody else's chest is either this big or bigger, and nobody has complained yet.
