Fit/Fat Guide Now Available in Text Form (Patreon)

Hi there. I got around to writing out a text version of my fitness/fatness video and published the calorie information I'd promised, along with the hunger regen from each type of meal. It's not ALL recipes but it does cover the ones unlocked via cooking/gourmet cooking. I think the vegetarian variants at the bottom use the same calorie data as their meaty counterparts, but I'm unsure so left those blank for now. You can find it here:
