Some idea I have here-
The rope use on Masrur just a normal rope. As we know Masrur is very strong and has powerful physical strength. He should be able to easily break through the rope but he didn't do that. So the conclusion is, he is willingly to be in bondage and played by Sinbad :P

I hope you guys don't mind the super huge dick I draw, because I think for their race, they should have a great physical body.
