Tier change again (Patreon)

A few people have let me know that my new discount system sounded a bit off and over-complicated so I changed the discount on tier 2 to 5% for one commission a month and on tier 3 to 10% for one commission a month. I'm honestly not sure what the best options are so we're trying this one out for a while. Feel free to give me any critique or ideas for what you would choose to if you have any.
