It’s a sad day.  We lost one of the most influential figures in the anime and manga industry, or perhaps in entertainment as a whole. 

To say that Toriyama-sensei made a huge impact on me as an artist would be an understatement. The Super Saiyan Transformation, that was how my love for muscle art and muscle growth was born. With no Toriyama-sensei, there would be no Pokkuti as you know today. 

Have a great vacation in paradise, Akira Toriyama-sensei.
