Judy and Olivia being adventurous~

Being washed in steam makes more sense since its whats keeping them warm right now but I just couldnt find a level of haze that worked ha ha

Took me years to get more comfortable with disney style furry characters but I still need to practice

Dont get me wrong, I cant escape my anime inspired origins, but when I say Disney style I mean something that is more than just like... an anime character in body paint  wearing ears and a tail.

The fact that I can even comfortably draw characters with no hair is a marked improvement in my development over the years lol

For me hair wasnt a stylistic choice, it was to hide my limitations

Anyway this started as two seperate images just practicing their heads in different perspectives and I kind of plopped them onto unused sketches and went from there

While I did have a snow hotspring theme in mind I couldnt decide between Judy or Olivia

I originally made the background and Judy inks first but when trying to figure out the crop and composition I just felt like it couldnt carry enough weight on its own so I tried to fit more characters in there

That lead me to designing this cute zootopia inspired white blind bat character and while Im happy with where its going not only have I not settled on the design but t he perspective I drew them at just didnt fit the image

I did manage to squeeze Olivia in here though I needed to repose the legs a little bit

I had more planned for this.. more steam, snow, wetness/ sweat... but I realized that as the month is coming to a close I need to stop exploring other images/ work flows and actually finish some stuff and over the next few days I will have more art

I will definitely have one more drawing done by tommorow but its possible I may have two, depending on how much rest Im able to get

I wont push myself... Im doing things at a comfortable pace... I just gotta balance testing ideas out and actually finishing some art lol

That said I did make a discord server but theres still a few more things I need to learn (basic bots, role functions, etc) before I go live with it and Ill have a channel that will have my cutting room floor stuff posted life... things that you will never really see between drawings. Who knows, maybe someone will find my process interesting ha ha
