Sorry for the late art. Ill try to have more by either later today or tomorrow. I thought my health concerns were winding down but apparently my nerves reached their limit and I had a prolonged (doctor diagnosed) panic attack with symptoms mimicking a heart attack. Make no mistake, I wasn't in danger of dying... but the physical symptoms were very real. It just wasn't what it felt like because it was caused by a panic attack instead of something more dire. I was very uncomfortable with my chest pounding for days and was prescribed a sedative to help calm me down that lead to 13 hour sleeps and drowziness/ blurry vision and Im over most of it at this point. It went from happening all day to maybe lasting 20 minutes a day to just a few scattered minutes here and there. Ive been free of attacks for several days now.


That said it all threw my art off by like 10 days and Im desperately trying to catch up... within healthy limits. I wont overdo it. I know this sounds bad but Im actually doing really good otherwise with the health/ lifestyle improvements I just need to stay the course and continue growing stronger by the day.


I appreciate everyone who stuck around for this. I promise better things in the future once I get the energy for it.

100% take the time you need. Take it slow and please take care of yourself. I love your art but would much rather see you in a healthy place making less art than in a bad place making more.

Glad to hear you're well in most regards. No need to apologize my dude, take care. For what it's worth ( and probably not worth much coming from an online stranger), I also deal with panic attacks and anxiety issues every day of my own and totally feel for you in that regard. But it's A-OK, everyone here supports you. If you let yourself crash by pushing too hard, it'll do more harm than taking the occasional break for your own sake.

Hey, I know how bad panic attacks can be. I've gone to the ER with them a few times myself. Don't stress yourself by forcing yourself to "catch up." We can all be patient 💜

Yikes. My family has anxiety issues running through it and while I don’t suffer from panic attacks a close family member does and they are really hard. Wishing you good luck in dealing with it and I’d echo the no rush sentiment I’ve been seeing, this is a pretty reasonable issue to have a delay over.

Don't push yourself. If things are lax this month so what. No point in working yourself ragged for a deadline if it only makes the subsequent deadlines harder.

Take all the time you need still. Your health is more important than anything. Waiting to see more of your beautiful work is worth it if it means you're okay. I'm sorry you have to go through all of this. I know how bad mental health issues can be, so please take care of yourself as much as you possibly can and don't overburden yourself with worries that you aren't doing something you feel you're supposed to. We understand (or at least I do).
