Yo! This is why character studies and ref sheets are a thing. I feel like the design and portrayal are way more consistent in this page than what I have done so far. I'm going to go back and redo the first few pages to reflect the changes made here which you will see in the final, fully worded/ polished pages.

Still no word bubbles though - at least for now. I have them on my end but again in this early stage I'm still not 100% locked in yet so I don't want to show it just yet until I'm ready to commit. I think this is a good call - I'm liking the progress I'm making and would feel like anything less would have been rushed in more ways than one. Athough an arguement can be made as to why I'm showing these at all I like the idea of showing the process I have for this sort of thing. I'd rather get the issues of progression/ pacing/ design hammered out now than running into snags or off model messes later.

As for the rabbit character I showed earlier I know it's similar to a few other characters I've drawn in the past. The thing is that I have 2 white rabbit characters (as well as a white cat character) that all look really similar so I'm retiring one character and merging two others while mixing/ matching aspects of other characters I've drawn in the past but never extensively used, the end result being a net loss of one character in total while almost completely re-designing another and modifying another still.

All in all progress is steady. I think enough leg work has been done to start regularly updating which I'm really stoked about. I hope I can build up the nerve to go public again. Really missing skype/furaffinity/fandom/friends.
