Small edit to $5+ rewards// updates to milestones. (Patreon)

I changed it so that non comic drawings, (usually quickies/ pinups) will be uploaded here around a week early and then to public venues then after. Comic pages will still be uploaded here a month early. What I will do though is start a comic anyway, albeit with an abnormal schedule until such time where support would allow me to become regular. These will be short form - 8-20 pages per story. It will not be a web comic as those tend to be long (to never ending...) form. That may come - but I'll get to that if it becomes viable for me to work on. Another change is that - as I become more familiar with Patreon - updates to the milestones.
