322 - Queen Trainer Soundtrack. (Patreon)

Hello, dear bros! I have some big news to share. The rumors about this have been circulating for quite sometime now in the rap community, but it was never confirmed officially. Well, it is now. I am hereby announcing my collaboration with a young and upcoming rap artist: Dr.Lazare. The vid above is a little preview of our upcoming album called: "AKABUR the game master". OK. With this out of the way let us return to our regular programming. Personally I am no a big fan of all this April's fool nonsense, but today is Monday and it's April 1st and Mr.Lazare sent me this cool mp3 file out of the blue, so I felt like the universe is talking to me.

The games. Last week I felt like revisiting one of my all time favorite Spidey games: Sprider-Man 2 ofor PlayStation2. The PS2 version looks a bit crappy when emulated, so I went with Game Cube version instead, but it's exactly the same game.

Not going to lie, the graphics are not the best, but after about 10 minutes you stop noticing it. What I like about this game is the open world and the day-night circle. Watching the sun set from a traffic light pole still feels great.

Oh and, the game looks like 10 times better during the night. Anyway, I remember this game vividly because back in the day I was playing it while waiting for GTA:SA to come out. Basically it was my GTA for a while. Also it has one of the best (IMHO) versions of the Black Cat. That mission in the beginning where you get to chase after her through the night city under the full moon is still fresh in my memory. (Could be because I replayed it yesterday XD).

Speaking of the Black Cat. Here is a fun video I found called "Black Cat Evolution", to me personally it's more like "Black Cat Regression" though. I have never played any of the newer PlayStation 4 Spidey games and don't plan to. -_-

The movies. New Bad Boys movie looks like it could be fun. To be honest I don't watch modern anything anymore. Although couple of years ago I did make and exception for Top Gun Maverick, which was pretty awesome by the way. I don't know, maybe Bad Boys 4 will be good, we will see I guess.

The work. Finally to the part everyone is waiting for: the work news. Last week I finally finished all the birthday bullshit! Fucking finally! I decided to postpone working on the achievements and proceeded to the placeholder art assets instead. It's been so long since I drew anything that at first I thought I forgot how to do it. It was a false alarm though, eventually I managed to remember which hand I usually use to hold the pencil.
The plan. This week I hope to do a lot more of drawing and coloring and all that stuff, so next Monday Post should contain a lot of fun sneak peeks. Other than that I plan to keep on playing Spider-Man 2 and live the happy live completely outside of the modern entertainment industry.
