A New Type of Comic Poll (Patreon)

Hey there dolls and dollettes! I hope everyone is keeping nice and cozy in this chilly holiday season.

I'm currently working on a comic project that I've been passionate about for a long while now.  It explores force fem and all kinds of wacky gender and kink themes, which I know you guys will love!  The only problem is that the Horny Stuff doesn't start until 14 pages in.

On my usual Patreon release schedule, that would mean about three and a half months of bonerless comic content (leading up to a pretty hefty boner payoff).  So what I'm asking is, are y'all at all interested in that amount of story and worldbuilding?  Am I greatly overestimating the demand for a new piece of specifically horny content every single week?

The alternative is that I could break this story up into multiple issues and release them as non-Patreon related paycomics, around 20-25 pages a piece.  The only problem is that I'd have a lot of difficulty working on that concurrently with normal Patreon releases, which may slow down my output here.

So, how do YOU feel about it?  I'm open to suggestion!

I'd think that one option could be a sort of tiered thing: when its done, you could do a single big ol payment for the whole shebang (and a possible phyiscal copy opportunity, doujinshi-style) while releasing pages publically slowly over time on patreon. How that's done is based on your own business sense, but I'd say one idea ia similar to how you usually release your horny stuff. Like, you could release the full pages with the horny stuff publically, but censored (read: potential for hilarious edits like a character choking on a subway sammich instead of a dick, or suddenly carrying a pair of birthday cakes on their chest instead of magically appearing titties). That way, you can advertise the uncensored version is patreon exclusive and drum up more subscribers that way. It's cool if you dont do that kinda thing if that feels too skeezy, though. This is just to plop the idea out there in the ether, mostly, lol

There were plenty of WBTT pages which weren't blatantly pornographic. I think delaying gratification would only fail you if you went out in the reeds with kinks and gender play instead of aiming for the core audience based on what you should know. Additionally, you can make the buildup appeal to the same part of the mind with the right foreshadowing and scenery clues. I know that when I sit down for indulging fetish porn I don't just leap right into the best part but I look for hints of things to come to whet my appetite.

There's a lot of stuff I like about your art and comics besides the kinky content, such as art style, sense of humour and over the top expressions. They're just a fun time in general. As for the kinky stuff specifically, it's a complicated subject, but in general I think you'd be well served by a comic that had a longer buildup. You're definitely right with checking the temperature here since not everyone is going to think the same, but for me personally I think kinky stuff works better if you get a sense of the characters and world it operates in, not to mention covering more of the reactions and effects that happen after. I don't know how much your comic will cover this, but just pointing out why I sometimes like longer form stuff. At the end of the day, you're Rush. If you're not experimenting with different ways of depicting guys getting into girly stuff, something is off. I wish you the very best with it.
