Oh man this was a hard one, I ultimately went with Hypnosis since I love it almost as much as diapers. If I could vote again I'd be a tie between Fantasy and first time. I love the idea of Knights, Elves, Ogres and Wizards all in diapers, either by choice or curse. But your First Time stories are really nice too. It's fun seeing someone try diapers for the first time and just enjoy using them and acting like a baby, especially if they're not alone.

So this might be cheating but for other what about Sci-fi? Like a future where humans only wear diapers and robots change them, or machines enslave humanity and either force them to wear diapers or mentally regress them into needing them. How about a mad scientist creates clones or mutant monsters but they lack potty training when first created, or have the mad scientist create a ray that either mentally regress people to babies, or gives them a diaper while stripping them of their potty training or the ray simple alters reality babifiying anything it hits? An alien invasion puts human in diapers or just space travel, after all being an astronaut is one of the few jobs that requires a diaper?
