This is one of those mods where you GOTTA read the description.

The game engine doesn't support this sort of dress, so to get around it there are 2 version:

1 version without legs or feet because they are barely visible unless running or using specific poses and looking up the skirt (don't look up someone's skirt it rude)

a second version WITH feet for gposes with heels that can have the tentacles turned off and made into a blouse (when it's a blouse it has the entire legs i promise) ; problem with this is they clip badly through the skirt when running and you have to adjust them during poses (as with most skirts, but much more so with this one)
