Friday 15th September (Patreon)

Today I’ve started work in the bathroom, scraping back the peeling paint caused by the water slowly dripping into the walls from the small holes in the lead pipes before we had repairs made, and removing cracks in the surface. I am so fascinated to see that originally, there would have been artwork in this room too - before it was redecorated and turned into a bathroom. I ponder as to what it was originally used for - maybe another sitting room off the dining room? It also triggers my imagination to how the dining room looked originally. And can you see that dusty pink!!!?
