10th July - which one would you choose? (Patreon)

So two Barcelona doorknockers that made my day.  Which one would you go for. The second is very grand!  But for some reason I love the first as it is elegant with a touch of whimsy.

I particularly like the fact that it is shiny which I suspect I caused by the fact that many people can't resist but shake hands!

Is that an apple I wonder or a tomato?

I hope your week's have got off to a good start - mine involved 9 meetings in a row so which for an introvert is hard going by the end!

Talking about energy my mum has sent me a book on mindfulness with 8 weeks of practice.   Her friend swears by it apparently.

I am wondering have any of you ever tried mindfulness?  The book seems to promise peace, and focus in a busy world so I am curious to try it!  I have a mind that wanders a lot and finds it difficult not to be distracted or go off on a tangent so we shall see what this does.
