7th June - experimenting with Xató (Patreon)

A bit of a late one today - am burning the midnight oil at my computer.

But I took this photo earlier which made me smile- inspired by the castle kitchen on today's vlog Camilla and Emma had a practice run making Xató sauce which is a Catalonian speciality and in particular to a few towns including ours.

They are planning to make it on the next vlog and we'll put the ingredients list.  But suffice it to say it was delicious!

It is so wonderful having Emma here visiting us and for Camilla to have time to be with her big sister.    It's been really lovely.
