December 6th - light on the horizon (Patreon)

It’s only a small thing - but this for us is a sign of hope. It’s a new light switch made by the amazing Fontini brand here in Barcelona. We can’t touch the wall yet but I am imagining how all the electrics will look once we have the wiring done and replace all the nasty old switches with beauties like this and sort out the walls.

I love the brushed metal and how it looks close up. It’s all in the detail and quality of finish I think. What is also fantastic is that we are going to do a collaboration with Fontini as well which will really help with our renovation. It’s a brand I admired before we moved here so it was cool to find out that they are based in Barcelona so it feels extra fitting to be using them in Can Punxes. They are also lovely people and were very excited about the house when they came to visit. We will show more of them in tomorrow’s vlog and more of the other ranges we are considering for the main rooms.
