25th October - inspirational windows (Patreon)

Today I had to go to Barcelona for work meetings while Camilla has been working hard on tomorrow's vlog.  I took the opportunity while I was there to take mum and Clive to El Corte Inglés the amazing department store we have here was they wanted to do some early Christmas shopping.

I wanted to apologise that the Patreon Update video is going to take a day or two longer.  Basically we had the mics set up wrong with our new camera so while my voice is loud Camilla's is very quiet -  and then the last scene the shooting mode was all wrong (learning pains with new tech!!) I tried editing it late into last night to correct it but it isn't great and I have decided it is better if we just reshoot it which we plan to do in the morning as I have a day off work.

I wanted to show you this photo from the weekend from Villa Avelina of the door windows.  These are original from 1900. I absolutely love them.  Look at the butterfly!  I am wondering if we could have something like that here perhaps to let more light into the dining room from the kitchen.  One for the inspiration board!
