Hi Tyler, I am a little late, but wow, thank you so much for making these videos. The Sampan video was very interesting. I didn’t know the story behind the actors from that scene. And wow, the video about the ‘’Do Long Bridge’’ sequence is amazing. Most of the information was new to me. I only knew about the kids of Coppola who appeared in the scene as extras. I am only not sure if they made it into the final picture. I think that they appear in the workprint, but I am not sure. You also make a fantastic example of how Storraro uses light and darkness. It’s also such an incredibly well-shot sequence. Well, actually, the whole film is an incredible shot hahaha. And last as a side note, thank you for making the video about ''Dr. Caligari''. I recently saw that film for the first time and was blown away by it. By seeing that film I am now watching a lot more silent pictures to learn more about those films in general. But Tyler, thank you again, oh I love these videos so much. I feel proud to be a Patreon member of your channel. All the best, Jacob

Thanks so much! I have to imagine that Coppola's kids were pretty far in the background just because they would have been way too young to really be seen as soldiers. They do have a pretty good cameo in the French Plantation sequence though (I'm writing that video right now). I'm so glad you liked the Caligari video! That one took ages to research.
