This piece started out with just two characters, as you can see in my first pencil sketch above. While considering poses for the middle stage, I thought it might be interesting to introduce a third woman, instead of adding another entry to my long list of mid-TF panels featuring women clutching their breasts in shock. I also like how it maybe implies that more contestants had their assets stolen beyond these two.

The physical changes are as big a part of this sequence as the difference in how their clothes fit, which is why I dressed them all in similar outfits. Before settling on the swimsuit portion of a beauty pageant, I toyed with the idea of making them Hooters waitresses or flight attendants. In the end, an event where women are judged on their poise and appearance felt most appropriate. Coincidentally, it was also the most revealing choice 😏.

Even though it's a theme I enjoy, I haven't drawn much role reversal. Couple Strength Swap is the only other recent example. Tour Guide Body Swap might qualify, too, but it lacks a shift in status or power which, for me, is the spiciest ingredient.

One thing I truly appreciate watching your art develop over the years is how you've overcome "same face syndrome" with your characters. Here is another fine example of three very distinct looking individuals.

I appreciate you saying that so much! It's something I've been working on for years. I mentioned it in 2018: https://www.patreon.com/posts/22052083 but even before that, with Who Will Be the Bimboest I was trying to figure out how to make characters look distinct. I still rely a bit too much on head and nose shape rather than varying proportions within the face, especially for "attractive" characters. However, I'm happy I'm not the only one seeing improvement. Thanks so much!
