An honest blue collar worker turns into a pampered jet-setter.

Don't forget to fill out my survey! It shouldn't take more than five minutes. One participant will win a free 3-part inked sequence!

They basically invented a machine that makes you rich.

I'm a big fan of the "corrupted by riches" trope (exemplified by Loving Couple Corrupted and, especially, Spoiled). A lot of transformation sequences feature polar opposites and what could be further from a coddled heiress than a working class mechanic? A sub-Saharan African woman, you say? You're right, but sadly my imagination didn't go that far when I drew this.

Worked on this before last week's College Heat. It's an attempt at looser, more relaxed lines. Especially happy with the third panel, which is effective without being overly detailed. Last week's art might be more arresting, but this style feels easier to incorporate into my regular workflow. I learn new things about art every day, and I'm grateful and fortunate to have you all with me on this journey!

Next week will reveal the final version of the sneak peak from my return announcement.

Hope you like! ♥

Flipped the first two panels for consistency and to help keep her recognizable.

Real happy with these clean, confident inks.

Glad I came to the "chipped a nail" line. It's short and clean and makes for a great transition.

Pretty sure I literally googled "jet setter" for these.

I think this is the best of your "corrupted by riches" sequences thus far. Great work!

Bimboizing a sub-saharan african woman sounds sexy, but not sexy enough to justify how weird it would get.

Oh, and amazing work, as ever.

The "broke my nail" line is always a good, efficient way to communicate a change in priorities particularly in sissification or tomboy-to-girly type transformations. I don't believe I've ever used it myself, but keep it in my back pocket if I ever find a good situation for it. Also, the final version in the sequence gives me huge Chloe Khan vibes.

"It's an attempt at looser, more relaxed lines. " I really like these lines :)

sortimid

Agreed. I also love that it's an interruption. "I'm so strong, so independent --oop, chipped a nail."
