Skinny Cheerleader to Curvy Nerd - March Patron Request (Patreon)

I had a LOT of fun with this one! The theme was specific enough to keep me focused while still affording me plenty of freedom. I enjoyed taking my time exploring different variations.

At first I drew a cheerleader becoming a busty Star Trek cosplayer. The outfits are similar enough to make for a smooth transition. Blue uniform, obviously: nobody nerdier than science officers.  Originally she was holding a phaser, but eventually I switched to a transponder:

Beyond just drawing a Trekkie with boobs, however, I wanted to capture the contrast between a cheerleader's athleticism and a nerd's clumsiness. That led to the glasses and stretching pose: 

I was amused by the idea of an entire cheerleading squad transforming via nerdy items. What if one of them found a 20-sided die?

I like this image (especially the "before" step). Unfortunately, it doesn't capture the concept as well as the previous two.  In the end, I went with the 2nd idea to challenge myself with more interesting poses than someone just standing.

I'd like to clean up and color the Vulcan. A story about a group of women turning into fictional creatures would also be fun! Someday, perhaps...
