It’s so nearly finished! I’m celebrating a family member’s retirement tomorrow so I won’t get to wrap it up when I’d like to but it won’t be long!

The line work is still great and I’m pretty sure that is meant to be Layla sat on the middle of the new benchwarmer. I wonder if they are playing Julie’s old team of if it’s just a “they don’t know what there in for” type of playful banter that Piper is telling Julie in the second part of the comic. Hope you enjoy the celebrations and have a good time with them, retirement is certainly a big thing when someone has been working that long.
