with a veeery small demo on the environmental lighting i used

some general tips i have:

- do your background first before your character! I like to do this so I can make THEM look apart of the scene more easily. if you cant do this, then at least try to map out your lightsource first

- don't be afraid to "cheat" your lighting with lots of overlays and post-correction layers. it's not even really cheating lol, but it gets the job done quicker and easier in my experience and the finished product is just as nice! this is a good way to start learning too
