Happy New Year you wonderful goobers! Y'all know what this is about, another massive bunch of chibi mayhem for the month!

This month's theme is New Year Party, so I'll be putting OCs in fancy dress time! All you guys gotta do is submit your OC, a reference (please link it here if you can!) and three traits about them!

As usual the limit to submit your character is the 15th, and after that I will delete comments when I finish each OC, as to avoid getting confused with the order!
