My mom gave me her old iPad last week (iOS 9.3.5) .. wonder what I could still run on this that's fun/useful ..

some of the older apps might still work on older OS, and there are some oldies and goodies. if you use the ipad as a sound source going into a daw or sampler, you can just run one app at a time to save CPU, rather than trying to run a ton of plugins at once or using the tablet as a daw/mixer. so your mom's old iPad can probably be transformed into a cool synth with some $10 app!

Not much, there are a few synths that work (ituttle is good) but I found a sampler/effects app called "Dubfilter" with lfo's etc.. that is very cool and works for now.
