Pretty sure Ishigami intentionally pushed, Ino knowing it would piss her off, to get her to speak clearly. Looking at his tone and choice of words he wasn't nicely asking her if she is ok and if he should do it for her, he was poking her knowing she would take it as him mocking/belittling her and get so angry at him that she would forget about the crowd staring at her.
