It's really sad how Luz says "I'll be made fun of again" which means it's likely that she was mocked after asking someone out in the human realm. Which would make her extreme reaction to the tunnel even more understandable. She really didn't want to blow her chances with Amity, but in the process almost did so

I never got exactly what happened to the owlbeast and after finishing the series i never thought back on it but rewatching it and knowing the stuff at the end and oh boy do i fell sorry for it now.

After rewatching this a few times I finally paid attention and didn't get easily distracted at the "badly animated hand" after focusing on the hand I quickly realized: It isn't disconnected, it just isn't where you think it should be, the hand doesn't come from the left but from the bottom with the arm outside the screen, the edges of the hand just make it look weirder than it is.

i like the meta joke of King messing up his voice right after Hooty speaks, in universe it could just be King's puberty, but this probably happened because Alex Hirsch had a hard time with recording a conversation between King and Hooty with that silly voice he does for Hooty, and then they wrote a story about it
